✦ Three phases. One athlete: you.

Reset. Transform.
Maintain.

Each phase is a separate program. You can start at Reset, or — if you've already done the basics — we can have a conversation about jumping into Transform.

Phase I · 8 weeks

Reset

Kickstart

Reset is the first eight weeks of your new life — designed for the parent, shift worker, or driver who hasn't had a real plan in years. We start by rebuilding the basics in the order they actually matter: sleep, protein, walking, then resistance training. The mistake most programs make is asking you to do everything at once. Reset asks you to do the right thing in the right week.

You'll get a weekly training plan written for your equipment and your schedule, a simple nutrition framework that doesn't require an app or a scale, and a check-in every Friday where we look at the week honestly. No shame, no scorecards. We adjust together.

By week eight, most Reset clients have dropped 10–18 lbs without crash dieting, slept through the night for the first time in years, and stopped dreading the gym. The goal is momentum — not a transformation photo. The transformation is Phase II.

Phase II · 12 weeks

Transform

The Deep Dive

Transform is twelve weeks of the real build. This is where strength curves get programmed, where progressive overload stops being a buzzword and starts being your reality, and where the food strategy that survives holidays gets written down. If Reset taught your body to show up, Transform teaches it to grow.

We meet (in-person in Joliet or via video, your choice) every other week for a full session. The off-weeks include video form reviews, programming updates, and the kind of nutrition coaching that handles a birthday party, a work trip, and a teenager's bad week — without the plan falling apart.

This is also the program where the before/after photos happen. Not because we chase them — because by week twelve, your clothes don't fit the same way, your face has changed, and people you haven't seen in a season notice. The benefit you signed up for — confidence in yourself — is something you walk around with by the end of this phase.

Phase III · For life

Maintain

Lifetime hold

Maintain is the program almost no coach offers, because it doesn't make money the same way. I don't care. I built this practice so nobody graduates Transform and falls off a cliff. Maintain is monthly check-ins, quarterly program rewrites, and a standing rule: you can text me any time something changes — a new job, a new injury, a new kid, a holiday you're scared of — and we'll adjust the plan together.

It's the cheapest service on this page and the one I'm proudest of. The whole point of the work was to give you confidence in yourself. Maintain protects that.

✦ Pricing is a conversation

Why no prices on this page?

Because the right plan depends on the right person.

I'd rather have a 10-minute call and quote you honestly than throw a number on a page and hope it sticks. No hard sell.
